Our hospital has tie up with most of the insurance/TPA for cashless facility. When cashless facility is not available, the hospital will assist you to get the benefits of your insurance coverage through reimbursements. You may voice a complaint to the patient support services manager or to the nurse manager. You can also directly speak with the PRO at reception for more detailed or specific feedback or complaint. If you do not get a proper response or have a more serious complaint to lodge, you can escalate it to general manager and even up to medical or managing directors.
